Bryan Kim is a North Shore-based Licensed Building Practitioner, covering the Eastern North Shore and surrounding North Shore areas.
His path in the New Zealand building trade started back in 2007, after completing his carpentry training at Unitec. Since then, he has become a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and spent nearly two decades working hands-on across both residential and commercial construction.
Alongside inspecting, Bryan also runs his own residential building company. Spending every day on site overseeing trades has given him a clear view of where builds commonly go wrong and how easily defects can be missed.
He decided to join Inspect a Home so he could take that real, practical site experience and use it to help buyers and sellers spot genuine issues before making big financial commitments.
